How do online lessons work?
Live one-on-one sessions on Zoom or Groupworld, with screen sharing and interactive materials depending on the subject.
How are teachers selected?
Every instructor has a bachelor’s degree and 3-4+ years of teaching experience, and passes an interview and a demo lesson before teaching with us.
Can we try a lesson first?
Yes. Book a $15 trial lesson to meet the teacher and see how it feels before you choose a plan.
What if the teacher isn’t the right fit?
We track every student’s progress. If the match isn’t right, we’ll change the teacher.
Can we reschedule a lesson?
Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours before the lesson.
